TIME®5350 Portable Hardness Tester

The TIME5350 is a portable Leeb hardness tester designed for measuring the hardness of metal components with deep grooves, narrow recesses, or areas that require extended reach. It is compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, making it suitable for field inspections, maintenance work, and industrial quality control. The instrument supports multiple hardness scales including HL, HV, HB, HRC, HRB, and HS. It includes a USB interface for PC connection and is compatible with TIME51X Dataview software for online measurement, data storage, curve analysis, tolerance settings, and report generation. An RS232 interface allows direct printing of test results. The tester supports 360 degree measurement and automatically detects the impact direction. It stores up to 270 readings across nine groups and includes a backlit display for low light environments. Upper and lower limits can be set, and the device is powered by AAA 1.5 V batteries with battery status indication and automatic power off. The TIME5350 is equipped with a DL type long‑nose impact device designed for hardness testing inside deep slots, gear teeth, and other hard‑to‑reach areas.
