TIME®5370 Smart Portable Hardness Tester

The TIME5370 is a smart portable Leeb hardness tester designed for fast and accurate hardness measurement across a wide range of metal materials. It features a compact and lightweight design with simple operation, making it suitable for field inspections, maintenance work, and industrial quality control. The instrument supports multiple hardness scales including HL, HV, HB, HRC, HRB, and HS. It includes Bluetooth connectivity for wireless data transfer to mobile devices and supports PC communication through USB. The TIME5370 works with dedicated mobile applications and TIME51X Dataview software for online measurement, data storage, curve analysis, tolerance settings, and report generation. The tester supports 360 degree measurement and automatically detects the impact direction. It stores up to 270 readings across nine groups and includes a high‑contrast backlit display for low light environments. Upper and lower limits can be set, and the device is powered by AAA 1.5 V batteries with battery status indication and automatic power off. The TIME5370 is compatible with multiple interchangeable impact devices, allowing flexible use across different testing scenarios.
