TIME®5430 Shore Hardness Tester

The TIME5430 is a digital Shore A hardness tester designed for measuring the hardness of soft rubber, plastics, printer rollers, and other elastomeric materials. It is the new‑generation model developed by Beijing TIME High Technology Ltd and features a redesigned internal structure for improved accuracy and stability. The instrument uses an LVDT displacement sensor that provides high precision and reliable performance even in harsh environments. It includes an OLED display that clearly shows hardness values and supports menu‑based operation. The tester offers real‑time measurement, peak‑value‑lock mode, and timing‑lock mode for controlled and repeatable testing. In timing‑lock mode, the user can set a delay from one to sixty seconds, after which the instrument automatically locks the reading. Upper and lower limits can be preset, and the device provides an out‑of‑range warning for batch inspection. The TIME5430 stores up to two hundred average locked values and supports USB data output to PC software for generating reports in Word or Excel. It is suitable for laboratory use, production environments, and on‑site quality control.
