TIME®5432 Shore Hardness Tester

The TIME5432 is a digital Shore OO hardness tester designed for measuring the hardness of very soft materials such as foam, sponge, soft rubber, gel polymers, and elastomeric products with extremely low hardness. It is part of the new‑generation Shore hardness series developed by Beijing TIME High Technology Ltd and features an upgraded internal structure for improved accuracy and repeatability. The instrument uses an LVDT displacement sensor to ensure stable and precise measurement performance. It includes an OLED display that clearly shows hardness values and supports menu‑driven operation. The TIME5432 provides real‑time measurement, peak‑value‑lock mode, and timing‑lock mode for controlled and repeatable testing. In timing‑lock mode, the user can set a delay from one to sixty seconds, after which the instrument automatically locks the reading. Upper and lower limits can be preset for batch inspection, and the device provides an out‑of‑range warning. The TIME5432 stores up to two hundred average locked values and supports USB data output to PC software for generating reports in Word or Excel. It is suitable for laboratory use, production environments, and on‑site quality control.
