The TIME®5100 Portable Hardness Tester is a compact and lightweight Leeb hardness tester designed for practical hardness testing across workshops, manufacturers, inspection teams and quality control environments.

It provides a simple option for portable hardness testing where teams need scale conversion, data storage and reporting support in one handheld device.

The TIME®5100 supports conversion between multiple hardness scales, including HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV and HS. It includes a USB interface for PC connection and works with TIME510X DataView software for online measurement and offline data analysis, including curve charts, data tables, tolerance histograms and report generation.

For workshop and inspection use, the TIME®5100 supports 360-degree measurement in any orientation and automatically identifies the impact direction. It can store up to 270 readings across 9 groups and includes a backlit display for operation in low-light conditions.

The TIME®5100 is integrated with a D-type impact device for general hardness testing applications.
