The TIME®5102 Portable Hardness Tester is a compact Leeb hardness tester designed for practical hardness testing across workshops, manufacturing, inspection and quality control environments.

This model is suitable for portable hardness testing where teams need a lightweight device with data storage, scale conversion and PC connection for measurement review and reporting.

The TIME®5102 supports conversion between multiple hardness scales, including HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV and HS. It includes a USB interface for PC connection and works with TIME510X DataView software for online measurement and offline data analysis, including curve charts, data tables, tolerance histograms and report generation.

For workshop and inspection use, the TIME®5102 supports 360-degree measurement and automatically identifies the impact direction. It can store up to 270 average readings across 9 groups and includes a backlit display for low-light environments.

The TIME®5102 is integrated with a C-type impact device.
