The TIME®5104 Portable Hardness Tester is a compact Leeb hardness tester designed for practical hardness testing across workshops, manufacturing, inspection and quality control environments.

It supports conversion across multiple hardness scales, including HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV and HS, making it suitable for teams that need flexible measurement options across different testing applications.

The unit includes a USB interface for PC connection and works with TIME510X DataView software for online measurement and offline data analysis. This allows users to view curve charts, data tables, tolerance histograms and generate reports.

For workshop and on-site use, the TIME®5104 supports 360-degree measurement, automatically identifies the impact direction, and stores up to 270 readings across 9 groups. The backlit display supports use in low-light environments, while upper and lower limit settings help support controlled inspection processes.

The TIME®5104 is integrated with a D-type impact device designed for testing deep grooves and gear tooth surfaces.
